Electra was unbelievable. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the hotel was immaculate. We cannot wait to come back to Athens and will absolutely be staying here again.

Good shuttle service

The concierge who was working Friday and Saturday was the most miserable and unhelpful person I have encountered. If you are young and pretty, he is all over you and can’t do enough, but if you are “older” he is not interested in helping. I was disinclined to ask him anything as he was very surely. However, the concierge that was on duty on Sunday was very pleasant and most helpful.

Check in was very slow as not many desks. The room was lovely, the bar was very nice and had a big screen and seating area to watch World Cup games. The room had air con which was lifesaver in the heat. The location was amazing, right by the DDR museum, museum island, close to train/underground stations, shops, cafes and bars. Small warning- the still water at the bar restaurant is 9€!!

Staff was very helpful

The hotel was fine but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after I was charged twice on my card for a breakfast that I bought. I have contacted them several times and still no refund!
