Rooms that face the Main Street are very noisy at night causing earplugs to be mandatory . Gym does not open until 7 am so morning workouts are difficult. Room OK. Shared ironing board in hallway was broken . Breakfast was good and the sauna rooms and location were a plus

We stayed here twice during our recent trip to Italy. Location is great, walking distance to many sights and restaurants, as well as Roma Termini. During our first stay, our room and bathroom were tiny and cramped, in need of an update, with a noisy A/C unit. Our second stay however, had us in a much more larger room that had been recently renovated - much more comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast has a variety of options available, including made to order coffee from the bar, however the quality is pretty average.

Cleaning and restaurant staff was great and hotel and breakfast buffet was awesome. Front office was not friendly and at times could be rude.

We stayed at the Barcelona Airport Hotel for one night and had a really enjoyable stay. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, particularly at the front desk, where the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and, most importantly, extremely quiet. We also really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a lovely bonus during our stay. The food was probably the only part we found fairly average, but the excellent service more than made up for it. Everyone we dealt with was attentive and professional. The complimentary airport shuttle was also a fantastic service and made getting to the airport completely stress-free. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return. We would definitely recommend the Barcelona Airport Hotel to family and friends.

Extremely convenient for the airport. Very nice upscale hotel. Restaurant food was amazing.

Great location for sightseeing and shopping. Beautiful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant.

Our second time staying when in Athens and we would return again and again. Clean, comfortable, convenient, helpful staff, great food (especially breakfast) and scenic views. Special shoutout to Demetrias for being the most patient and friendly bartender to a group of weary travelers (and the cocktails were amazing)!

The St James was an excellent hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It was centrally located, just a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
