HOTEL AT IDEAL LOCATION! CLOSE TO SDU AIRPORT, MALL WALKING DISTANCE, VERY CONVENIENT. I RECOMMEND

Steps away from the beach, free breakfast and the hospitality of the hotel were great. Miss Brazil!!

We arrived at 5am and therefore had to pay for an extra night. The breakfast (which was included) was excellent. Our room was just adequate but the view of Copacabana Beach was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful (except for charging us for an extra night). We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but otherwise, good and growing location, close enough to attractions. Generic requests are well received and most times, staff was great and helpful, just something to be weary about for anyone coming in with poor portuguese.

Breakfast was ok. Staff at the front were sort of nice, cleaners did not clean my room in the 3 nights we were there unless we asked. Our room was the 18th floor and bathroom smelled like sewage. Pool and views very nice. This hotel needs a lot of upkeep

Hotel was great , best breakfast so far and close to beach. The ocean is intense so be careful . The front desk staff was a bit off in the beginning but then one of them made it up. I did have to uber to activities and this hotel feels like it’s on its own side of Rio. Hotel was great, keep in mind is one towel for the pool per day that was the only 👎. I went to the beach then had a sandy towel and rinsed off and wanted the a new towel for the pool and I was denied a new towel . With a hotel that fancy I don’t see how they monitor that. Great place , room service was excellent. Overall the stay was great we were able to get an upgrade with ocean view.
