Great location. Everyone was really ki d.

The room was fine, that staff was very nice. Please don't try so hard to make it feel as though we haven't departed from the USA and its culture. The loud american music at night was annoying, and we would have preferred hearing the natural sounds of the water and woods. We were hoping to be coming to a place that was less like home, noisy, smelly with exhaust, and not seeming to be authentic culturally Thai. It seemed to be exploiting the nature there and catering to guests who could have stayed home for much the same experience. We hope that the environment, trees, water and native animals will not be endangered as most everywhere in America they are. We hope there will be care in how your land is treated. Guess we picked the wrong place, a resort. We were thinking we might avoid the crowds of Phuket. Though the area was naturally beautiful, sadly, we didn't experience what we had hoped for, nature and quiet. I understand that tourism is important to local's livelihoods, but also hope there will be care to always keep a balance with the environment.

Beautiful resort, great breakfast and don't forget to sign up for shuttle rides as early as possible. Would love to come back again

The staff were fantastic, friendly and really helpful. The bedroom with swim up was beautiful and well serviced.

Very helpful friendly staff. Beautiful setting on fossil island beach. Loved hearing the Muslim call to prayer from the two local masjids within walking distance. Very handy destination for Muslim families particularly.

Everything about the resort was fantastic. Rooms were spotless, spacious and well thought out. All the staff were exceptional. Our group had some dietary restrictions which caused a couple of issues which were quickly and effectively resolved. Staff quickly knew our names and preferences and made us feel so welcome!

Rooms were fine, Breakfast area was good. Reception staff let down the hotel - really suprising for Thailand that the staff were not couteous or friendly. Was also charged 500 baht for a misplaced room key. - only given 1 key per room for 2 people.
