Our family of four had an absolutely wonderful stay at Venice Krabi Villa Resort and we already want to come back! The breakfast was outstanding — easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. My daughter even said "the breakfast alone makes this trip worthwhile." The natural surroundings created a truly peaceful atmosphere, giving us the perfect opportunity to rest and recharge. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their warmth made our stay even more memorable. A couple of minor points for improvement: the villa entrance lacks clear signage, making it difficult to find at night, and the pool water wasn't as clear as expected during our stay (possibly due to the off-season). Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for our whole family. Highly recommended! 🌴

The stay was disappointing. There was a leak in the room during our stay, which already created an uncomfortable situation. On top of that, staff entered the flat using their own keys while we were in the property, without proper notice or coordination. The property itself looks abandoned rather than professionally managed accommodation. During the night, there were loud noises coming from the roof area, despite there being nobody staying above the flat, which made it difficult to rest. Even the supposedly white towels looked dirty, with a greyish and worn appearance. Overall, the experience was below normal standards.

Great location. Great pool! Only complaint would be the 2 beds we ordered for one of our rooms were connected, more like a king bed but w two sets of bedding. Our 5 year old loved the kids club and activities.

Me and my niece’s stay at Deevana was DIVINE. Upon arrival, they were so kind in greeting me and helping me get checked in quickly. I was then given an ice cold towel and a small drink of butterfly tea with honey and lemon while I completed my check in. They took my bags straight to my room which was located right near the pool. We were able to walk to grab food that was right near the beach. There were a few delicious restaurants right in the area. They offered happy hour onsite attire pool and indoor restaurant and an oriental spa (that I wish i would have tried. The decor was very cute and quaint. The breakfast selection was good. I would definitely return to Deevana Resort & Spa!!

Had an overnight stay prior to flight from Krabi airport. It’s definitely a 2 star and overpriced for what you get but it was clean and served our purpose. Did not use any other services at hotel.
