The room was clean the AC worked perfectly which was a huge plus it was extremely hot the week we were there. The resort/pool was not crowded, the food could have been better! The World Cafe only serves breakfast and lunch we tried going for dinner but it was closed. We didn’t try a second time. The 4 restaurants outside by the pool/beach area do not have bathrooms you have to use the bathrooms by the pool area! The drinks were not the best and the bartenders did not acknowledge you unless you spoke first! Never had this problem in various resorts we stayed in Cancun. The waiters in the restaurants and the pool area were very attentive.

There are multiple pools, and a fun beach cove. However, the food was very expensive and not as good as I would hope for the price. Because you are locked in to the property, there are not many other options, unless you want to pay $100 to a taxi to get somewhere.
