Had a great 1 night stay.

Beautiful property, rooms are dark though. Wish i had known hotel was “dry” and that gym hourse were segregated by gender. The timing with active touring never worked for me to go to the gym. Be aware that this part of Istanbul has very steep hills and wear appropriate footwear to walk to restaurants and sights.

The room was nice enough, the bed was really comfortable. We did ask for an upgrade and were willing to pay, but they said they had nothing available. The staff were ok, not great. Service was slow. The Turkish breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. We probably would go back to Istanbul, but definitely would never stay at this hotel again.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating when we got there at 7 am coz of our early morning flight.

Amazing hotel , we got upgraded to the corner suite , it was spacious clean , the hotel was beautifully decorated. Staff were so attentive and polite. We changed hotel mid through our holiday to the Swiss and it was the best decision we made
