Overall, we had an okay experience. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel upgraded two of our three rooms, which we appreciated.
However, we were overcharged for an extra beer and had to request a refund. After several rounds of communication, the hotel asked us to email them the necessary information so they could process the refund. We have since provided the requested details and are currently waiting for the refund to be issued.
The biggest disappointment was the bathroom setup. It was missing a bathroom door, resulting in very little privacy. My sister initially thought something was missing or malfunctioning and contacted the front desk for assistance. The staff responded promptly and came to the room, but their solution was to cover the opening with a piece of black plastic to provide privacy. While we appreciated their quick response, this was a very unusual situation and not what we would expect from a five-star hotel.
