The hotel had zip ties and roof damage in the hallways. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the shower handle fell off as we were turning on the shower. Also the curtains were missing patches of the back liner and light would come through those spots. The pool party and service was great. I would not book there again

We arrived at 6 p.m. to check in (check in begins at 4 p.m.) and had to wait for over an hour for our room to be ready. They never sent me a text to let me know the room was ready, I had to go back to ask if not I would have waited longer. The temp in the room was set at 73 and cannot be adjusted so it was warm. Ants all over the window sills, room smelled moldy and the floors were not cleaned. If you order Door Dash, you have to meet them in the lobby which is not an issue but getting there is a mission. Elevators don't take you directly to the lobby and getting around is ridiculous.
