Good position in Hammersmith. Staff very obliging. Booked extra night after tour with different company and they organised same room and an upgrade.

Beautiful room. We got a corner suite and it was clean, the staff were helpful and proactive. Whenever we had a question, someone was there to offer help or provide an answer. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s located in a great area, walkable to so many of the landmarks we wanted to see and experience. Anything further away, you’re also close to public transit. We will definitely stay there again.

The room was well equipped with all necessities but it does seem a bit dated.

I love the convenience of the location and its spot on the banks of the Thames. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The staff working at the various restaurants and bars were some of the nicest and most fun people I met! The only issue was the contactless check-in I tried through the guest portal. It didn't seem to work properly and I had to check-in at the front desk in the end which was inconvenient. The other issue was room service. While the service itself was great, I got overcharged by over £20 when I settled up at checkout, which I couldn't deal with as I had to rush out to catch a flight. So the start and end of my stay was disappointing but the stay itself was great.

A trendy hotel and wonderfully convenient to West End activities. Theatres and Covent Garden are just a block or two away. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who were more than helpful when i had an emergency with broken wheelchair.

It was a nice hotel, small, good end of 4star maybe not quite five if you compare to say the Langham, but much better rate.

one of the best hotels in London, very clean and comfortable, complimentary breakfast is amazing, will come back to stay here again next time.
