Handy to where we needed to be and was cleanish but could do with an upgrade, most things only in fair to average condition, with chips and stains etc would only stay again if pushed to get elsewhere

A bit moldy and felt overpriced for what we got, but the location was very good. Their laundry service seems like a huge ripoff with the prices.

Staff were the highlight of stay, very friendly. Bar staff even happy to change 1 of the alcohol in a cocktail in happy hour, Cleaning need improvement so much dust even on the coffee machine looks like it haven't been cleaned when we checked in, in awhile.
Breakfast was standard hotel food.
Walk into town ok but uphill going back took about 20 min to walk to water front.
Rooms big in size however 100% NOT sound proof at all, glass door for bathroom and shower hmmm and no handle, Just finger hole?.
If you looking for close to town not ideal
Oh and chocolate hour not anything to write home about.

Very good location and good lift connection to Lampton Quay.
Parking was fine but it could not be booked on Expedia . After booking thru Expedia I booked parking direct with Gilmour but I would not have been happy if none had been available.
