A very clean house. The staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay when flying to and from Wellington couldn’t be better.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

Sofitel Wellington was an excellent stay when we were in New Zealand, perfectly located in the CBD and within walking distance to everything. I cannot recommend the hotel enough.
