Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful.

This was our 3rd stay and everything was as expected. Staff is great and we love your cocktail menu :-) There was a power outage in the morning, affecting part of the hotel and the staff handled it well and calmly. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience again.

The hotel was very nice and stuff members were great.

Everything worked well. Washer and dryer especially. Bed was comfortable. Basic room. Not necessarily pretty, but functional. Staff were excellent and showed me how to use the car park.

Room was great. The hotel seems under staffed and some staff were clearly confused.

Clean and comfortable, good service , friendly helpful staff. Restaurant breakfast was excellent and dinners were all delicious . The pool and sauna were fine. Location is quiet . We did not like the glass sliding door to the bathroom which is “open” on each edge so personal noise privacy compromised. A modern trend which is frankly quite awful. There is no toilet brush? Why not ? It is 10 minutes walk to Cuba Street and buses. . 15 minutes to Te Papa , 40 minutes to The Beehive However. we would stay again and due to a change in personal circumstances we did increase the length of our stay.

Our room was quite spacious and clean, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and we had a great trip overall. Parking can be a little bit tricky though. If the hotel lot is out of parking permits you'll have to gamble on street parking.
