One of my favorite properties to stay at in West LA. The location is tucked in and close to everything you need on the west side. My only grump is that you have to use valet if you stay there and that does not work if you want to leave the property before 5 am.

Pros:
- Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr.
- Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills
- Spacious room
- Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.)
- Very comfortable bed
- Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues)
Cons:
- Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover
- No restaurant in hotel
- Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh
- Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise
- Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting
- Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it.
All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

I had issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room when we were staying there for four nights and I had to request for the room to be cleaned. Inconsistent service Valet charges are ridiculously high at $75 pee night!

Good area to explore LA.
Staff were great ( shout out to Gwynn for the ice )
I think it would benefit from some attention from corporate office - needs some basic maintenance and upkeep ( walls dinged up , scuffs and upkeep )
But overall a great location with good acess to public transportation .
It would be nice if there were some partnership with the restaurant inside the building …
