Great size room for three people. Clean and spacious. Liked the beds and multiple pillows. Laundry machine was easy to use as well. Staff gave us clear directions about the property, housekeeping, etc. great little perks like free juice and water, nighttime snack, etc.

Check-in was very easy! Room was spacious! Close to a lot of tourist attractions 10-20min walks! train station nearby. Bath takes awhile to fill so plan ahead for that! Be prepared to have cash for your deposit of the room :)

This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick.
The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent.
We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful.
We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka.
