It was great, everyone was helpful

Beds and sheets were very comnfortable. LOVED LOVED LOVED THE SHOWER. You may need a Utube video to explain how it works ..LOL, but with a little trial and error its amazing. Stay out of the shower while turning it on as the water comes out cold at first. There are mulotiple show head settings which is the second knob. I used 2 settings at once and was in heaven after the long flight day. Checkin was fast even though there were a lot of guests checking in. Shuttle driver very helpful had water for everyone. Riza at the desk was nice enough to reserve a room next to our friends who checked earlier in the day. We met her at checkout, what a pleasant person with a great smile. You are lucky to have her as the first and last person a guests sees. Great face of the hotel. Bar food was good but the service was shaky. We were greeted immediately, sat at the bar, given menus but then basically ignored for around 10-15 minutes. The staff was busy chating amongst themselves and with the few other people at the bar. It was late and seemed that closing duties had started. Barteneder did not know the different Vodkas. I would suggest the bartender have better knowledge if you are to have such an exgtensive list of vodka and gin. I understand it was the end of their day, but we had also been on long flights were hungry and wanted drink to wind down. Once it all arrived it was fine. The staff was friendly but the service could of been better especially after the long day.
