Absolutely loved the staff!! They were amazing. Understandably, we went at a very busy time, so we were unable to check in early; they were very busy and very strict on check-in time. But we were able to eat lunch on the property by the pool while waiting for our room to be ready. Which their options on food was very good. We never ate something we did not like while eating on the property. The complimentary breakfast was so good and simple. We did not have our room cleaned every day, and that is a personal choice. But they would still offer to at least take our trash out if we saw them in the hallway. The rooms are very spacious; we still had lots of room even with my daughter's crib that I had requested in our reservation. The parking lot is small, so if multiple things are happening on the property, you may have to park in the grass area by their ballroom. Other than that, my family and I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips!!!

The location and snorkelling were great. Buffet breakfast was also fantastic. This is a large resort so you don't get that small pacific vibe, its a very busy place. But easy to drive from there to visit other attractions if you have a car.

I cannot fault the Seabreeze Resort. The owners Chris and Rhonny were fantastic and their staff outstanding. Best of all is the private beach and reef which was great for snorkelling and swimming. Restaurant and Pool bar were great with a good selection of food and drinks to cater for everyone’s taste. If you want a truely relaxing holiday then this is the place to go in Samoa. We will be back for sure. To all at the Seabreeze Resort thank you for a wonderful time. We returned home today and are missing it already 👍

The staff make this place. The building itself needs a refurbish as soon as possible. We stayed for one week and would say we are seasoned travellers - on arrival the reception area was welcoming as were the staff, that is, unfortunately the last good comment we can give. Maintenance appears to have fallen way below the 5star hotel it claims to be, broken and chipped tiles everywhere, dirty low-class lifts with a guessing game of which floor you will land as there were no numbers working on the inside, doors jams coming away from the walls, dirty/dusty floors therefore consistent dirty feet, basic pride in cleaning well below rating (wardrobe had dirty haze), shower fit for those below 5'2" tall and constant leak of water with every shower. A previous comment about 9 sun loungers still stands but now have 11 for a hotel holding approx 100 rooms. Food was good though limited choice for healthy eaters. Multiple power cuts and apps on the TV for guest services didn't work (this was across other guests too). We chose Aggies because of location and reputation of Sheraton name - location still stands but very poor representative of the Sheraton name and cynically believe this is the only reason this is a 5star hotel. Very unlikely to return.

The rooms were huge and had most of what we needed to do some self catering. The gym is amazing, and good to have a pool table and table tennis for days when its a bit cold. Snorkelling not that great, but nice for swimming.
