POOR!
First, call the property directly instead of a 3rd party provider so you can make sure you are not subject to "certain" fees from reserving online. 2. Don't stay on a Monday if you are looking to experience the hotel restaurant - It's not open. Bummer, reviews were decent and said "Bar" was open. Actually meant lobby bar, with limited offering! Dissappointed I could not get my very basic Lemon Drop Martini. Instead I ordered what was a horrid Margarita. 3.Room: Tiny, no closet, or small dresser! We literally were spinning in circles as to where to place our belongings. NO space for "getting ready". Sheets old soils! Yuck. Only hangers on wall to hang our clothes. Looked like a laundry room 4. Bathroom: (I will try not to be graphic) Above toilet wall were 2 dirty hand prints spread apart - No, this was not maintenance doing work. I noticed while changing in the claustrophobic space near the toilet. I wanted to vomit and question how housekeeping could have missed this. I cleaned & sanitized the wall myself. Pretty disgusting.

1. Rooftop pool nice, but slick decking. I fell. 2. ALL of the staff IS VERY friendly! However, at check-out no one asked how our stay was, so we did not fuss. But, here is the review. We travel a lot! Should have stayed at the Hilton. We felt we did not fit this particular independent boutique "soft brand".

The room was dim w/lights lacking in closet area. There was smudges on the bathroom door frame that I wiped clean with a Kleenex. The bathroom counters looked dusty, as if there were dried water marks. Considering it was a darker granite color/design, maybe it just needed to be cleaned w/ something else. There wasn't enough towels for my reservation of 3. one of the bath towels had visible dirt markings that didn't look like it was a stain but actual crust of mud/makeup?
It was nice walking into the hotel but the "gold" elevators weren't shiny & bright. Visible scratches/smudges. The button trying to go down on my floor wasn't visible so nobody can tell if the button is working or activated.
The pool area wasn't cleaned. Used it later in the evening with no other guests occupying it and there was pitchers of beer and cups around the Jacuzzi and towels all over lounging chairs and floor. It was like this both nights I stayed.
The gym has nice equipment but there were no wipes in the tub for it. Overall, next time I'd stay elsewhere even if it isn't as convenient as this one, which is right off the freeway. It's location is in a convenient spot with outside amenities like shopping center that has Starbucks right across the street and McDonald's not too far. I can't vouch for the restaurant on site but it was pretty busy throughout the day compared to other places I've stayed. Overly priced for a Continental buffet breakfast IMO. Cookies were good, no nutfree option.

Clean rooms. Quiet compared to the strip. Bought a monorail ticket for the time we were there and it was super easy to get to the middle or other end of the strip with in 15 mins. Definitely recommend if love vegas but wants to be able to go somewhere a bit calmer at times.
