A few minor changes needed.

"The included breakfast is takeaway muffins, yogurt, and snack bars; there isn’t a dining area. The bathroom fan is very noisy and connected to the light via a single switch. The switch can’t be turned on at night as the fan noise will awaken anyone sleeping."
