"This was a beautiful hotel close to the best part of North Adams. The gallery on the lobby floor gives it an upscale vibe but without too high a price tag. It was very convenient for our college visit to Williams College. It was very quiet even directly across from the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The coffee was good. But,my one note would be there wasn't anything else offered for breakfast that my picky eater teenager would eat."
"Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia.
Stay here if you have no other choice."
"Emily was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was super cute, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus an awesome espresso machine. The teens in the group liked the games the house had. The location was excellent - very close to MassMOCA and everything else. We would definitely go back. "
