Staff were very warm, checkin and out were efficient. Facilities more than adequate - pool, gym, restaurant, bar, ktv, beach chairs, guarded parking etc. Room was large, clean and comfy as well. Just 1 quirk... The toilet door badly needs fixing, it can't close tightly and it's extremely hard to slide ooen/close.

The hotel is lovely. Staff excellent . Room was great and bed very comfortable. It did feel a bit crammed in. However, what really let it down was the food. This was the fourth hotel on our six hotels during our five week stay. Also our most expensive. We had the Buffett one night and it was really poor. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel and I would make the effort to walk outside.

We’ve just spent four nights at Casa de la Flora and it’s been the best hotel experience in the last 8 years of travelling the world together! We had booked a Beachfront Pool Villa and got a free upgrade to Grand Beach Front Pool Villa, our jaws hit the floor when first being shown round the room and the view of sea from our bedroom window was perfect for watching sunsets. The service from the staff is outstanding and there’s plenty of food options on the menu both in the restaurant and for in-room dining. We will definitely stay here again if holidaying in Khao Lak again in the future.

The Staff were wonderful, the room (2Adults and 2 Children was spacious) We had a king sized bed and the children had a day bed and roll out trundle bed. The facilities were geeat - my children did not want to get out of the pool and enjoyed the lazy river!!!! Once you know some shortcuts, it cuts the walkinv time down to not much!!!! Food quality was good and I enjoyed my breakfast every morning.
Great stay and would do it again!

We had a pleasant stay, it is walkable to a lovely beach.
The bathrooms could do with a little updating but the shower was nice.
Staff we're friendly.
Biggest disadvantage was the fact you had to spend 300 thai bhat one way to get into khao lak its definitely not walkable. On the plus side it was lovely quiet resort with nice food.
