They claim rooms will be cleaned and serviced every 3 days. Ours was a 4 night stay. No cleaning, no clean towels, no bin emptying, nothing. They advertise they have a childrens playground. There is no childrens playground. It was removed, but listings and their own website was not updated. My 3 year old was gutted when we arrived and all there was was an empty space.

The town is beautiful and the hotel was right next to the beach. The room was fine but a little tight. The staff was a little less than friendly which was odd since we experienced mostly outgoing friendly interactions during our three week trip in Australia. Our bartender was downright surly.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms need updating and the facilities need a lot of love. The 3rd bed was tiny, not even a single size wide. But the kids loved going in the pool, the playground and mini golf. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the kangaroos.
