We booked a Casita room for a 3 day weekend for our last trip before we have our first baby. I didn’t put any notes or anything on what we were there for, but when we checked in we were informed we had been upgraded to an oceanfront suite. We were blown away by this room. It was massive and had multiple balconies to sit on and enjoy the views. We ended up spending most of our time in the room because it was just the best. We did go to the adult pool and another quiet pool that were both very nice. Megan at the vista pool was great! We had breakfast at the Catalina kitchen a few times which was great. The room service was great. I do wish I had done a little more research and made reservations for the other restaurants on site as they were booked. Overall it was an amazing place and we were so thankful they upgraded us, we didn’t want to leave!

The rooms are small, only valet parking (which can be very slow even when calling ahead), it can be tough to get into when there is a game. Plenty of restaurants on site. Hotel rooms were quiet.

The Proper is such an eclectic hotel. We were greeted by Manny at the front desk upon our arrival. Anything that we needed, the staff made accessible. We also loved Cara Cara Rooftop restaurant!

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property.
However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available.
That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard.
We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered.
Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. After checking in we returned to the front desk to ask for items and no one answered the doorbell.

The bartenders were all fantastic. The carpet in our room was torn and needs mending. Beware, the valet and overnight parking is $52.00 a night. Across the street is $6.00. Overall we had a nice stay and will go back.
