Clean and well maintained complex. Junior suite room was great. Food was above usual all inclusive standards. Staff fine. Close to beach, 5 minute taxi to Puerta Del Carmen and 10 mins in taxi from the airport.
Room for improvement- better sport facilities (seperate football, basketball and Tennis court( rather than them all together and a terrible booking system where soneone can book all day every day and not even turn up. Thats probably my only criticism.

Staff as always are very good, room was clean and serviced daily although towards the end of the week just the bed was made and bins emptied. Tables and sink wasn’t wiped down. I have to say this didn’t bother me too much.
Could do with more hangers and drawers as we just ended up throwing everything in the wardrobe.
Lovely sea view as booked a preferred room but need to remember to ask for a room on the other side in future as these get more sun. Overall again we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing!
We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience.
Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none.
We will definitely be back
