I stayed a few days at Roosevelt Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean, which I truly appreciate. While the building isn’t modern, everything works perfectly and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of amazing shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. Getting around Lima is easy, and the airport is only about 45 minutes away. A perfect, convenient place to stay—I would definitely return.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the dining room/bar servers. They offered advice on activities in the area. When we mentioned to the front desk that we had a 5:30am pick-up for a tour and wouldn't be present for the breakfast buffet they packed a brunch bag to go for us to take with us before we left early am.

I expected much more from a hotel of this caliber and in such a prime location. When you hear the name Radisson, you think of one of the best hotel brands in the industry—but unfortunately, that was not our experience at this location. The lobby’s white furniture appeared gray and unclean, and the orange furniture was visibly dirty and worn. Our room also had poor lighting because the curtains were not properly secured to the rod. We notified the concierge, but the issue was never addressed. Additionally, there was mold visible in the grout of the shower tiles in the bathroom, which was very concerning. The only reason I rated this establishment a 3 is because of the restaurant. The food was delightful, and the service provided by our waiters, Adolfo and Diego, was impeccable. Overall, I was simply expecting a much cleaner and better-maintained environment.
