Southern California All inclusive Holidays

Room: -Didn’t felt as clean/sanitized. There were a couple of mosquitoes inside the room, a spider in the bathroom, and a couple of other flying bugs. -AC leaks water inside the room -Some mysterious blood stain on the floor -Old blood stain by the sink mirror (probably from previous visitors flossing) Property: -Mosquitoes in the property -stepped/smeared Dog poop on the ground by the side gates/entrances

This was the second time staying at this hotel. The first time we had a very pleasant experience that’s why we stayed there again however this time we got the studio room and I was not happy with the room. The inside was not well maintained or that clean,.the door looked like someone tried to break in at some point which made me uneasy. We had the unit close to the Main Street so it was kind of loud. The upstairs person must have had kids that were jumping , running around till about midnight. The other room next to us were loud going in and out of room multiple loud voices and that was going on till about 4am so needless to say we did not get much rest either night that we stayed. I would not get a room close to the main street or bottom floor if we stayed again.
