We were three families traveling together, and unfortunately, we were all disappointed by several aspects of this hotel. The biggest issue is that this is simply not a true 4-star resort. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. Ours was not properly cleaned upon arrival. We found an ant nest on the ceiling, dead mosquitoes stuck to the ceiling, mold in..."
