Loved the Peace Hotel - we had a family room & it was room with panoramic windows & view. Staff were so helpful & delicious breakfast daily. Great location.

Great location, walking distance from 2 different subway lines; near main attractions. Room was clean, good size for 2 people and nice amenities. Staff was friendly and resourceful. We left a batch of medicine behind, unfortunately we weren't able to reach out to the hotel through this channel. Its a quiet neighbourhood and the breakfast is varied and complete so do take advantage of it before starting your day!

Hotel and its employees are amazing. Staff are always sweet,helpful, timely and friendly. Room is quiet. Swimming pool is clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My mom and I had a great stay.

Enjoyed the hotel. Location was ideal alot of high end shopping in the area and very beautiful part of Shanghai. Room was serviced spotless each day, and I appreciate cleaning even late in the day they came to clean it. When I first arrived and the young man at the concierge desk (Jayson?) was able to help me with an issue I was having and I really appreciate that. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Asia and took a star off for the following reasons. Front door staff seemed aloof and mostly uninterested in assisting guests either by opening the front doors or vehicle doors for guests. This is clearly a business hotel for international guests. WIFI was ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I lost count of how many people I heard complaining about it or their Whatsapp not working, or can't get into email, etc etc. I have to log into work each day, if I can't access my VPN I cant log into work my log in would be immediately frozen if a IP address from China showed. Im lucky I had an Esim and data plan was able to work around the issue, I fear many others won't be as fortunate. Overall I would stay again.
