"We picked Rongmin based on positive reviews on Expedia as we were planning our trip. Our overall experience was very good. The beds are firm, but we prefer a firmer bed. Bedding and towels were very clean and and of good quality. Staff were friendly and attentive.
We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (included in our stay) with good options for both Chinese and Western food (some of the best bacon we've ever had!)
Location is quite convenient being across the street from a subway station...

"Very friendly staff, English speaking. Good-sized rooms and a washing machine available on the top floor patio. No dryer but there's a covered rooftop patio with racks and plenty of hangers. Also this is the neighborhood to stay in if you like good food, really can't beat it. Convenient to the city wall and bell and drum towers."

"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting.
Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine.
Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap.
I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."
