Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room is spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Free self serve laundry is a big bonus. Breakfeast has decent selections but the hot food were always room temperature even at 6:30am when it open. The urinals floor by the reception was not clean when I used it yet the cleaning sheet on the wall marked it was cleaned just 10 minutes prior. Very central location with easy walking and dining options. However, when booking Didi, the app thinks the hotel is across the street so the driver always wait across the street but you can't cross without walking half a block away. I am poinnting out so hotel can inform Didi to fix this.

Booked 2 nights in a Family room with my wife and son. Everything was great. The room was very clean, nice beds, fridge stocked with some free drinks. Breakfast was decent but could be a little better. Staff was excellent, very helpful, courteous and cheerful.

Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Close to main attractions in Xi’an. My only complain is that I particularly wanted a no-smoking hotel. My room and the hotel was supposedly smoking-free. But soddenly my room started to get a lot of smoke from cigarettes, presumably because the AC units between rooms are connected. The staff was apologetic and offered a better room, but we had the same problem.

We requested breakfast boxes due to early day trip with the front desk staff. However, the kitchen staff didn't have any idea of our request; they simply gave us some takeaway boxes for us to pack food ourselves. This delayed our departure, plus we couldn't pack any drink.
