I missed a coffee maker in my room. We found the food served at the pool to be not great.

My stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful, the staff was welcoming, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Victor, the Concierge Marketing Director, who was incredibly respectful, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and made us feel truly valued as guests. Employees like Victor are a huge reason guests return. He deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service and dedication. I will definitely be visiting this resort again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making my trip so special!

The Marquis was absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing. Only draw back was the overall selection of beer. Gift shop is something to avoid. Another negated we didn’t receive the resort credit as sold on Expedia. Very important to get the app on arrival, the other Marquis app had nothing to do with our stay.

It was very piece full and relaxing!

This place was way beyond my expectations! The kids club was unreal perfect for both my 3 year old and 7 year old. They were exceptionally kind and entertaining. The food was above my expectations with the Pizza at Portofino being a highlight. The outdoor movie night was so fun and really special. The room was nice and big and service was amazing with everyone being very helpful and attentive.
