Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.

Most everything was perfect and the staff were always super wonderful. A couple minor areas for improvement would be that the air conditioner in our unit did not respond to any thermostat controls so every other hour you were either freezing or baking . which sucked while trying to sleep. Also the food at the resort could deal with a look at ways to improve the quality and selection. BUT over all, we loved walking around the grounds, seeing the reptiles, bats, birds etc. We found the staff to be great. The bed was comfortable. We found the perfect place to spend each and every morning sitting above the beach. It was a wonderful experience and we will likely return to this resort in the future (Our unit was M45 in the back of the property)

Room was clean. Not enough pillows but we’re given more when we asked. Room was extremely HOT at night. They have the thermostat locked so you can not lower it. Not a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. They also only give one key that has to be inserted into wall to make everything work. If someone wants to go out while others sleep then it becomes an issue.

Location idea in center of Railay Bay beach. Close to many restaurants and bars on the nearby walking street. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely relaxing time, beach in the morning and pool in the afternoons.

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out. Lovely relaxing vibe.
