Our room was facing the smaller pool. The room was ok. Rooms were not cleaned most days til nearly 5pm. If you want chill or have nap. Made it hard because you know they will be coming to clean. We also found the door sign to clean the room later in the week. Not sure if that would have got the room cleaned earlier in the day. We didn't spend much time at the pools. They were very clean. They had bars at them as well. We preffered the beach. Lots of shade with recliners. Bar was close by with the restaurant. If your ordering food it takes a while to come. The beers and sodas were not to cold. They use the same fridge for everything so it is opening a lot. A seperate fridge for the beer would fix that. The breakfast had lots of options.Very satisfied with the selection. Staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Overall Krabi Resort gave us everything we needed. Very quiet. Outside the Resort are lots if food options not far away and shopping.

This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy. Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one. There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Overall this was a great place to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the location: being steps away from the walking street but having a nice pool area to come back to. The kids pool had slides and there was a very convenient spa. There was truly something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The breakfast buffet also had many options. We will definitely return!

The pictures do not do this resort justice! Almost didn’t stay because the pics looked eh….but glad I did. Very chill quiet relaxer atmosphere. Staff was great and resort was super clean. Great location right on beach. Stayed in a junior suite and it was huge! Bathroom was massive and had a second smaller bathroom with shower. Got breakfast included every day and was very happy.

Room was huge - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large living area. Kept spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were too busy sightseeing to make use of any of the amenities - aside from the breakfast, which was great!

The villa we stayed in was lovely and clean. The people that work at this resort are the real stars just hard working individuals. There is a lovely quiet beach just outside the resort. A special thank to Touch who looked after us during out stay. I hope to come back one day and l would definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff, excellent food, everything was perfect except the beach. We found the amount of trash disappointing and in total contrast to the rest of the resort. Obviously you can only keep up so much when things wash up every day but there was a fair amount of trash located along the edge/in the trees which the tide clearly does not reach.

Oh my goodness, what a stay! Beautiful property, our room was secluded and spacious, our butler, Da, went above and beyond for us. I was able to have a relaxing spa day, curated floating breakfast, and our private pool was magical with an outstanding view. We arrived late as our flight was delayed, but th3 car service, and hospitality made up for our lost time, a great way to begin our vacation in Thailand. I will definitely book again.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always ready to help. The location was perfect walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities and overall hospitality were top tier. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Don’t sleep on this place!
