Trying really hard
Tuff times with a lot of changes due to Covid, but this did not hinder the quality Of hotel amenities and professionalism of the staff..they have very cleverly opened up a smaller wing of the hotel . with use of 1 restaurant and 1 bar open In the evening. Breakfast due to limited guests, we ate in the club rooms and When the hotel got busier at the weekend they open up the larger breakfast restaurant by the pool..Food options Still Of a very High standard and good selection on offer..Rooms a bit dated but clean,overall a very comfortable stay in difficult times..

Service is So-So
The best thing about the hotel is that it is really pretty and has a huge pool. Loved that there was an adult only side. Not too crazy about the swim up bar, because it seemed that the kids liked to go there since they could stand on the steps and platform. The bar service at the pool is terrible. Don't expect to lay in a lounge chair and get waited on. You will find that wait takes forever. They seemed more concerned about people eating at bar area. The rooms are very large. The bathroom we had wasn't that great, when you took a shower - water came out all over the floor. Over all it is a nice hotel, but the service is not great at the bars and restaurants. Went to the buffet for breakfast and had lukewarm coffee and tea. If you ask for anything it took a long time to get, if you get it at all. Ordered mango and it never came one day. Staff in the restaurants doesn't seem too concerned about the guests and they seemed bored to be there. We were very surprised by how slow and the lack of service since we picked this hotel because of the high ratings.
