Shower had excellent pressure, but the room was very cold, blinds do not block out the light, and the building wasn't in the best repair.

This is a good location. Parking in the building is $30. Parking directly outside on the street is free between 6 pm and 8 am every night and all day Sunday. About 30 s down the road is 2 hour free parking during the day and free all day Sat and Sun the room was a bit old looking, but very clean and had a decent kitchens with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. It also had plates glasses and cutlery plus one sharp knife. It was more than we expected from a hotel room. Spa pool was great but swimming pool was closed for renovation whilst we were there. Gym was basic…but pretty standard for a hotel gym.
