Nice property with big, beautiful pool. Room was large with comfortable bed. The only inconvenience is the access to the ice :). Since it was really hot during our stay, we had to call the front desk several times to request ice. I wish we were able to get ice ourselves whenever we want.

Beautiful property, pathways all alongside pretty ponds/waterways. The staff go above and beyond which makes this hotel really stand out. The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The bar is a lovely comfortable place to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole hotel is that that the pool area is looking a bit tired, all it needs is to upgrade the sunbeds/cushions etc and it would get a 10/10.

Everything was great. Amenities and room were value for money. Only downside, wish that the toilets came with a spray bidet.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Working air conditioning (did read reviews that some people had issues), staff was excellent and helpful. Clean room and the tinted window kept the room cool all the time. Loved the central location of the property. Faultless stay.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom, very clean and beds very comfortable. Helpful staff. Shame about the queue for a table for the buffet breakfast after about 8am, but once in, the breakfast is very good with many chefs and lots of Asian options. Great location right next to 3 malls and Promenade MRT.

Very nice hotel, nothing bad to say about it. Only downside is if you want more unique decor, this is not the place for you.

Cannot fault the Fairmont except the Barista coffee was not up to Australian standards. Otherwise it was perfect!

Good location and very clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
