Great location! Comfortable beds with nice sheets! Lovely staff! This is where we usually stay when we’re in NYC

This hotel was a home run from the get-go. I pulled right in and the valet took my car, and then the wonderful woman at the front desk gave me an upgraded room which had a beautiful city view. I was able to check in early with no charge and my room was great. I met my daughter for brunch in the Nomad Diner and the service was great and the food delicious. I highly recommend staying here! We easily walked everywhere.

Property location is great so a central “hub”. It is rather busy in the area being right off of Times Square and in the theater district. It was perfect for our short stay as we were close to our show. Walking distance to Central Park and Rockefeller Center. They were also able to hold our luggage for us after check out since we had a later flight so we were able to explore the city without hauling our stuff around with us. The Lobby was well monitored with staff requiring you to show room keys to access elevators an to even pass through the lobby once it was late at night. There are doors that exit out onto 47th and 46th street which is convenient! Rooms were clean but do show some wear and tear but nothing that was unacceptable. I would stay here again!

Booked a 4 bed room, upon arrival I was switched to a suite of 1 bed and 1 couch and was offered the suite as mentioned, then gave me an extra bed when I was supposed to receive 2. It’s nice and good price range.

Staff and location were great however there is no air conditioning- I looked at so many hotels before booking I could have missed that but I thought it said they did have it. The barn door style bathroom door did not close, and the cold knob on the faucet was stripped. I would consider the air conditioning to have only been a minor convenience. Since it was February and not actively snowing or raining, we just left the windows open. I’m sure we would have slept better and more quietly though if we could have closed the windows. I would also not want to stay in July without AC!

They have water service by the lobby and it's great! Love it

Let me start by saying the staff was phenomenal! Absolutely the best of the best! The hotel is older, but very well maintained! It is conveniently located to the theater district and downtown! So much is within walking distance! Really the only downside is that there’s no coffee maker in the room.
