We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay! The staff was amazing and so courteous to answer any and all questions! It was very easy to book a shuttle to Disneyland and the drivers weee amazing!! We will definitely be returning!!!

Great property if you have kids or want a convenient location for sightseeing. However, because it’s close to the piers and wharf, it’s always noisy and lots of populated. The neighborhood isn’t squeaky clean but the hotel does a good job trying to keep their property front clean.

Didn’t like hidden fees and added taxes. Also didn’t like cost of parking. Too high! Liked location and cleanliness/comfort.

Pool closes too early and bar opens too late

I suppose the Rude staff with short answers and zero communication is the new in with the younger generation. “Due to booking with a third party, we were treated differently and told we couldn’t check in earlier”. Although platinum with Expedia and Gold status with Hilton Rewards. The Toilet ran all night, AC couldn’t figure itself out with constant off/on cycles. Washers and dryers worked well. Store was also a plus. Wish coffee was complimentary.
