La suferencia que le doy al hotel es que la habitacion que asignen ocean front Que no den la que las palmas obstruyen la vista al oceano que nos dieron una asi y pedimos cambiarla Todo lo demas excelente servicio

Hotel is right across the street from the beach. The penthouse suite was really nice. Came with a kitchen with treats and unlimited K-Cups. The balcony was huge with an ocean view. Convenient location with restaurants, stores, outdoor volleyball courts and gym area for lifting weights and exercising.

It took like 45 minutes to get my car back from the valet people which was really annoying.

Nice rooftop on the top floor. Also in the heart of brickell which was very convenient. Great staff and I love that your key card brings you to your floor

Angel at the front desk for check in was amazing. We had an early arrival flight and got to the hotel way before normal check in time. Bu had anticipated leaving our bags and going to the beach for several hours. Angel upgraded the room and got us checked in so early that we practically got an additional day at the hotel for free.

We are locals and wanted a quiet and romantic time to celebrate our anniversary. This place was amazing and the staff were even better. We will definitely be back again soon.
