Our family had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly at the front desk and the restaurant. We enjoyed our daily breakfast at the hotel that was included in our package, and found it to be of great value. They cleaned the room every 2 days but serviced it when we requested for it. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Really need to update everything. Rooms were dated and dark. Pool and lobby was underwhelming and also dark. Elevators aren’t great either

How they handled correcting a problem. Booked a 3 night stay and when we checked in at 11:00 AM they were nice and said a room was available. After approaching them early the first night to say the room provided us was not what we reserved they were quick to get us the correct style room for the next two nights.

The room was much smaller than anticipated and was outdated with old plumbing and no soundproofing from outside noises. We had a plumbing issue but the staff was very helpful and moved us to a better room. Staff is A+, building is mid. FREE PARKING IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. Expect to walk a half mile or pay $60+ per night for valet.
