The location was great and the room was super cute! Perfect for a weekend stay & the front desk people were so helpful as well.

This was the perfect place for our Mother/daughter trip. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to so many cafe's! The room was tiny compared to what we are used to in the States, but the balcony made up for it! The staff was so helpful and kind. Kevin at the front desk stole our hearts! We loved the entire experience!

All the staff was helpful, especially Moadh. Because we were staying for 9 days, they upgraded us to a larger room. They had an issue with the AC in our room but they gave us a fan and was fixed the next day! The room was very clean. We had a great experience with 1K. The only issues we had was that the walls were black and hallways are VERY dark. There was hardly any light! Also our bed was on a platform and you don’t watch yourself, you can trip and fall.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location was excellent, right near the Louvre. The front desk staff were very helpful whenever we had a question. Also it had effective air conditioning, which we were so grateful for, as our visit coincided with a heat wave with temperatures in Paris in the lower to mid thirties. If you are looking for a small boutique type hotel, I would recommend this one.

The property is well maintained and in a good location. The rooms and the bathroom are small.

The property is not 5 star! At best it would be a mid-tier 4 star. It is very dated and run down. It appears dirty and the staff are not friendly at all. Other than the location - avoid this hotel.

I took my mom to Paris and had a magnificent stay at the Four Seasons! Staff were wonderful and engaging, very professional! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Arnoud was beyond incredible at breakfast. A standout!!

They’re using the wrong water heaters for the hotel so the showers were terrible
