Although staff is very Nice and the hotel is clean and fine, I would recommend going somewhere else. The hotel is Nextdoor to a building that served as the Hunger Games set, but in reality is a ghetto. You are in the banlieue here. Drugs are being dealt in front of the property and the Subway station should be avoided at evening. The rooms are extremely small and the third bed is not a bed like the foto’s, but a stretcher. Staff are doing their best but I will not return here.

Horrible stay, would not recommend this hotel, we went with my two year old and asked if they could warm up some milk the first night as there was no kettle in the room, they gave small amount for the night and then said from tomorrow you need to pay for a coffee and just get hot milk for that price, I asked if I bought my own milk, would they keep it in their fridge, they refused and no fridge in the bedroom Stains on the bedding and child cot Not maintained Standard breakfast, no cereals of child friendly breakfast options for vegetarians Will not be visiting again and would not recommend

Good location for visiting Disney as location is close to station. Hotel was clean and felt safe. We came back late at night and the area felt safe also. However, the building has thin walls and doors bang loudly so very disrupted sleep. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Sufficient buffet breakfast.

Its close to the train to get to Disney It offers food & drinks downstairs but we didnt use that service. The lifts are dirty and they allow people to smoke in them so its really not good for families at all. One gentleman was still smoking as he came out thr lift. Booking was made for quadruple room with multiple beds due to accessibility needs. Room given was a small dirty double, stained carpets, tired furniture and dirty bathroom. Shower permanently fluctuated between roasting hot and freezing cold make showing in this hot weather, very difficult. AC was poor, room small and stuffy. We were told by a rude receptionist that the hotel was full, nothing can be done. Really not happy with this stay. If you read poor reviews about this property, please trust them. I wish I had read them before booking.

Overpriced and subpar. However- it's paris

Very small space for 3 people. Breakfast was not very nice, have stayed in previous ibis in France and similar breakfast much nicer. Parts of bathroom were falling apart. Otherwise fairly clean. Payment for parking seemed expensive. Not a very nice/safe location for kids. Good transport links nearby however and staff very friendly and helpful.

Tired and in need of refreshing. Room was utterly basic and bordering on shabby. Overpriced. Window on 9th floor opened itself during heavy winds, at 4am. Breakfast options limited.

Good location

We arrived in hotel quite late In the night after 6 hours drive. Person in the reception did not speak good English I told him i booked two room he only give me one room I thought it was connected room I have to come down again in the reception and spend almost 15 minutes for seconds room finally I got two single bed room which is me and my wife sleep in two separate bed . and hotel need to upgrade air-condition not cooling at all . location is also very good.

We have basically 0 positive things to say… this hotel was a let down. The hotel pool is not easily accessible and they will charge you per person to use it even when we NOONE is swimming in it, ever. The room was crazy dirty and extremely small. When we requested a room switch, they were not willing to help. They said they’d have the maids do an “extra clean” and it looked the same everyday we stayed there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
