Property was beautiful, bigger than I had thought. To use the full amenities of the resort you must travel by golf cart, which was fine. Pools were nice and clean, swim up bars were great ( maybe a little understaffed ), but still got what we needed. Staff kept the beach area clean and nice. Room service was scheduled and delivered on time, Rooms were clean and kept up even when asked to come back at a later time. We made reservations at 5 restaurants and food was excellent! Julio helped with our excursions and was awesome to deal with! Check in and check out process was hassle free. Would recommend this property to anyone.
