Casa de Campo Resort and Villas

"This was our 7th trip to Casa De Campo. Obviously we love it there obviously! This time we decided to stay there the longest we've stayed, 10 days. We rented a villa like we did in 2025 and had a great experience because we were upgraded because of our Expedia status. But this time we were not upgraded. We weren't even offered an upgrade. This is the first time we haven't been upgraded. Our 3 bedroom villa was on the dark side at night, dimly lit. Also it was on the older side. We were told it is central AC, which we discovered actually meant that the living room had AC. The 3 bedrooms were units. The service at Casa De Campo is exceptional. Hard to describe how good it is. Food is incredible, but very expensive - NYC prices. Since we rented a villa we had a private concierge. We had a great concierge in Francis Lappost - we appreciated that a lot! We are hoping to be back next year with a big group next year and hope we get a great villa and an upgrade like we expect every year. May cut back to 7 days since 10 days wasn't a great experience. Highly recommended as a unique Dominican Experience."

"Vista Mar 30 more than exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Once you walk in the door you are greeted by the staff and it continues to get better. The staff is welcoming, attentive and are there to help you in any way. Maree the owner of the home personally stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. We were a large family of 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 14 to 1 year old. The accommodations were perfect for us."

"We rented this villa after our previous one was canceled due to it being sold, and now we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we're in DR. This villa was pristine, beautifully decorated, breezy, and quiet, and had plenty of space for 8 of us to come together or roam on our own. We loved having a pool to hang out in, and staff that were attentive and great cooks to boot. Glenys is an incredible host who embodies Dominican hospitality: she's both professional and personable. She was extremely responsive to requests, and had recommendations that made our stay even better than we thought possible. She arranged asolute last-minute airport transportation and even helped us navigate a medical emergency by telling us exactly where to go and following up with genuine care. At no point did we feel like this experience was purely transactional, or that we were on our own. She was always just a text or call away. It made our vacation truly relaxing and unforgettable. It all felt special. None of us wanted to leave."

"The house is quite large and was a great home base for our stay. It’s centrally located between the main lodge / beach and altos de chavon which are the three main places to visit and eat. The maid , Maria , was great and they also have another person Juan to utilize for excursions. If I had to do it again I would have booked snorkeling in advance as it’s only every few days and we missed out on that. House was great"
