Terrible todo! La falta de limpieza, el mobiliario maltratado y el poco mantenimiento del hotel, hicieron la peor estancia que he tenido. No tienen toallas suficientes para todos los huéspedes, no ponen ni toalla de manos y menos un tapete en el baño para evitar resbalarse al terminar el baño, que no tiene puerta en la regadera y moja terriblemente todo el baño, en verdad fatal todo! La poca amabilidad del personal, “el encargado gerente” un italiano despota y prepotente Que decir de sus restaurantes, el del hotel con desayuno incluido un fiasco total y los restaurantes de la cadena SOFICU lentos y con mal servicio, tardaron casi 2 hrs en traer los alimentos. Todo en verdad muy mal

El servicio de este hotel no es bueno, se fue el agua en un momento, las tuberías del baño suenan de noche, la habitación no estaba limpia y sin toallas ( hubo que pedirlas ), el desayuno es normal pero se tardan en reponer la comida, la verdad deben mejorar sus servicios.

If you love super loud music blasting until late, this is the hotel for you! A disco next door, a truck with a giant getto blaster out front, the store across the street all blasting their music at the same time. We had a senior with us who was terrified to use the shower. Thsuddenchanged for

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff. Our stay included breakfast each day. The only complaint was the toilet was not working properly but was promptly repaired when reported and due to working on the property, the water must have been shut off each day resulting in air in the system providing irritating noise and sputtering.

The staff was awesome but the property has 1 to infinity problems/issues. We were switched to 3 different rooms due to some type of non working equipment.. For example, first room the toilet was leaking on to the floor. Second room the shower apparatus was unproperly installed and was falling apart while dropping rust pieces on the shower floor. The hot water doesn't work. The continental breakfast should be called snack for a 5 year old kid. If it wasn't for the staff we would have left to another hotel.

Incredibly helpful staff. Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms (though nowhere at all to hang your towels and no almost no space around the sink). Modern building in the absolute centre of Bayahibe. Lovely breakfast and venue for breakfast, right on the water. The pool was closed for renovations and we were never informed, which was disappointing. But they did arrange transport to their sister hotel in Dominicus with a pool, at least.
