"This was our 7th trip to Casa De Campo. Obviously we love it there obviously! This time we decided to stay there the longest we've stayed, 10 days. We rented a villa like we did in 2025 and had a great experience because we were upgraded because of our Expedia status. But this time we were not upgraded. We weren't even offered an upgrade. This is the first time we haven't been upgraded. Our 3 bedroom villa was on the dark side at night, dimly lit. Also it was on the older side. We were told it is central AC, which we discovered actually meant that the living room had AC. The 3 bedrooms were units. The service at Casa De Campo is exceptional. Hard to describe how good it is. Food is incredible, but very expensive - NYC prices. Since we rented a villa we had a private concierge. We had a great concierge in Francis Lappost - we appreciated that a lot! We are hoping to be back next year with a big group next year and hope we get a great villa and an upgrade like we expect every year. May cut back to 7 days since 10 days wasn't a great experience. Highly recommended as a unique Dominican Experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa and had a truly great experience overall. The staff were beyond excellent and made our stay especially enjoyable. Frank and Jonathan were incredible—attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Chef Wanda also did an amazing job; every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious!The villa itself was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax and spend time together.Our only suggestion would be for the host to improve communication and the overall organization process. It would be helpful to have all the details clearly explained in advance, including the available extra services and exactly what they include. A smoother and more comprehensive communication process would make the experience even better.Other than that, we all had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend the villa and especially want to thank Frank, Jonathan, and Wanda for making our trip so memorable!"

"This property was breathtaking. The house was beautiful, immaculate, and in the perfect location. The kids loved the pool, and it was just a short walk to the beach too. I can’t say enough about the entire experience. Drew, our host was amazing. He set us up with the contacts for airport transport (which went perfectly), and for our house manager who made sure we had everything we needed for our entire stay. He even took us on a sailboat trip. Unfortunately, not everyone in our group had sea legs but Drew couldn’t have been more accommodating and gracious about everything. We woke up every morning to the most amazing breakfast, cooked in house by Santa. She was phenomenal! She even baked me a cake on my birthday and her daughter gave me braids (which were stunning!). We will definitely stay here again! Best house and staff in the resort!"

"This property and staff were a pleasure to vacation at. Communication was easy, collaborative and transparent. The vacation was incredibly relaxing and an opportunity to be present with the family. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to spend quality time with those they love. Having supportive staff to cook meals, do laundry and assure our contentment was a treat! We are grateful for the opportunity and would return."

"This was one of our best trips ever! Carlos, our host, was responsive and went over and above to make us welcome. The home is more beautiful than the photos. Hortencia and Nehrehda made everything special, cooking our meals (some of the best food I've ever had) and making us feel at home. I cannot say enough good things about this home and host. Anyone who chooses this rental will be over the top happy."
