"Great location and comfortable room with a view of the Ferris wheel and shopping street. The breakfast had a large variety but felt it was not catered to Australian breakfast options however can not complain as there was something for everyone even it it was more like lunchtime food. Onsen was very clean and free for hotel guest. Would stay again if in Sapporo. "

"It was as described: close to sapporro station and shopping mall. Convenience shops at corner great for kids. Nice lobby and the complimentary hot drinks the kids enjoyed coming to after a cold day. Good value for money"

"We like this hotel a lot. The location is very convenient. Public bath is clean and comfortable. Service is good. It was very thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind - the self-service locker room and coin laundry are both nice. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Sapporo "

"Hotel is facing the train station, just across the street and drop the luggage then start heading to go for food and shopping. The hot spring pools are amazing, definitely got to try! Staff are nice and friendly. Room inside is very comfortable to stay."

"Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both excellent. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer"
