The pool is maintained by a professional every week, this guarantees you crystal clear water throughout your stay. For the garden, it is planted with local species and lawn with an automatic watering system, in season the garden is maintained weekly by a gardener. The house is fully equipped
    with large bedrooms, two large lilies, and 3 single beds. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in May June July August and September. In April and October possibilities during the week. the superb palombaggia and santa giulia beaches nearby. Bavella a few kilometers away. Perfect hideaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa and it was truly a dream vacation. The villa was impeccably furnished with everything we could possibly need and we found it in immaculately clean condition. Not to mention, the location was great as it was just a short drive away from what is likely the most beautiful beach in all of Corsica. The beach was only 10-15 minutes away and made for a quick and easy trip. We also discovered a nearby bakery that was only 2.5 km away and accessible by foot along the beach. The pictures in the villa's advertisement were accurate and matched the actual villa we stayed in perfectly. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic pool located on the property. It was well-maintained and provided the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring the nearby beaches. All in all, I could not have asked for a better vacation experience. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

Lovely villa but communication with owner difficult and extra payment demanded on arrival

A few days before our arrival, the owner sent us an email asking whether we wanted bedlinen (which would cost an unspecified amount). We replied immediately saying that we had expected bedlinen to be included. The matter was referred to Homeaway who stated that the owner was 'violating our policy'. Nothing was resolved before our arrival. The property itself was only identified by GPS coordinates which made it extremely difficult to locate. The local agent agreed to meet us in a carpark outside Lecci and we followed him to the property. The beds were not made up when we arrived. The agent then produced three packs of bedlinen and demanded cash for 'rental'. Each pack contained two flat sheets, two pillowcases, two bath towels and two hand towels so we were only able to cover one pillow each. One of the pillowcases had mildew stains and the towels were very thin. There were no swimming towels and no tea towels and there was no provision for a change of sheets/towels after the first week of our two week stay. As you might imagine, this did not make for a very relaxing start to our holiday. Apart from the fact that the kettle was tiny and there were only four mugs for six people, the villa was otherwise well equipped. At the end of our first week, on September 24th, we were disappointed (and surprised) to discover that most of the beach bars closed for the season and we could not find any boats for hire. This was a shame as it was still warm enough to wander down to the beach for a pre-breakfast swim. One of the deciding factors in booking this villa was the close proximity of the beach bars where we imagined we might enjoy a drink with our friends. The reduction in the number of amenities available in our second week was not reflected by any reduction in rental for that week. The beach itself was beautiful as were the nearby lakes where we were delighted to spot some flamingos. Our security deposit was finally refunded more than two weeks after our return following repeated (unanswered) emails sent to the owner. We felt that the owner had rented out his holiday home without fully considering the comfort and enjoyment of other holidaymakers. For a fraction of the price we paid for this holiday, these issues could have been resolved and our experience would have been so much more positive.

Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen dort verbringen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war super, es war sehr ruhig und man konnte in ca. 15 min zum Stand laufen, auch mit den Hunden konnte man dort sehr schön laufen. Im Abstellraum gab es einen zweiten Kühlschrank, den wir sehr genutzt haben. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war für uns perfekt, im Erdgeschoss gab es zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit separater Toilette und im ersten Stock ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, mit Balkon und Blick auf das Meer, auch hier gab es ein Bad mit separater Toilette. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wenn es was zu beanstanden gäbe, dann wären es fehlende Halter für das Toilettenpapier und ein paar Hacken im Eingangsbereich wären praktisch gewesen, aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau! Der Garten ist schön angelegt und eingezäunt und zusätzlich mit einem Elektrozaun gesichert, um die tierischen Eindringlinge abzuwehren. Die Terrasse war überdacht und somit gut beschattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und der Verwalterin war sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder nach Korsika reisen.

Wir (2 Erw./2 Kids) haben 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich etwas schwierig,da sich im Verlauf herausstellte,dass er, anderes als in der Fewo-Beschreibung aufgeführt, nur Französisch spricht.Die Frage nach den Kosten der Bettwäsche konnte erst kurz vorher geklärt werden,da leider die Fewo-Bescheibung missverständlich ist u. von "vorhandener" Wäsche spricht.Tatsächlich berechnet der Eigentümer pro Woche u.Person jedes Stück (Bettwäsche, Laken, Handtücher etc.) extra, so dass man die Dinge günstiger kaufen kann.Mirjam, die die Übergabe abwickelte konnte ebenfalls nur Französisch,alles Wichtige konnten wir aber mit Google-Übersetzer klären.Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön,geschmackvoll u. vollumfänglich eingerichtet,insbes. die Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig.Lediglich Toilettenpapierhalter und eine Verdunkelung der Fenster im OG-Schlafzimmer fehlten weiterhin,so dass auch wir uns mit Pappe behelfen musste. Der Pool war zwar nicht beheizt,aber ausreichend groß, der Garten wunderschön angelegt,die Umgebung sehr ruhig (Wildschweine waren übrigens kein Problem).Das Meer sieht man allerdings nur vom OG-Balkon.Die Lage ist sehr gut,etwa 1,2km vom Strand entfernt.Wir sind die Stecke zu Fuß gelaufen,da die Parkplätze vor Ort sehr rar sind.Der Strand ist sehr schön, naturbelassen, feinsandig u.nicht überlaufen,wie die anderen bek. Strände im Süden.Alles in allem also ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit nur kleinen Einschränkungen.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par la femme de charge (Merci à elle). C'est elle également qui toujours aussi aimablement, s'est chargée de notre sortie. La piscine n'était pas chauffée, le jardin pas entretenu et nous n'étions pas au calme du fait de chantiers à proximité. Donc ruen à voir avec l'annonce.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und er war auch kurzfristig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Das Einzige, was uns ein bisschen gestört hat waren die vielen Mücken, hier wäre ein Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sehr praktisch, dann könnte man nachts, wenn es kühler wird lüften ohne von den Mücken belästigt zu werden. Uns fehlten auch Halterungen für das Toilettenpapier, diese mussten wir auf den Boden stellen, was ich als sehr unhygienisch empfand. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Lage des Hauses haben wir als sehr gut empfunden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt auch in der Nähe viele schöne Orte, die kurzfristig mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Wir bedanken uns und kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig und optimal für schöne Ausflüge in die Berge oder zu anderen Stränden und Städten. Der Strand von der Bucht von Cyprian war vom Haus aus gut zu Fuß (ca 1 km) erreichen. Leider war der Rasen durch Wildschweine am Ankunftstag sehr aufgewühlt. Aber der Vermieter hat gleich Montags einen Gärtner bestellt der es wieder etwas richten konnte. Die Poolterrasse und den Pool haben wir genossen. Den Hinweis, dass die Endreinigung, Bettbezüge und Handtücher extra zu bezahlen sind hatten wir leider erst vor Reisebeginn erfahren und empfanden das auch als etwas zu teuer. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus gerne empfehlen.

Bereits im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter leider sehr schwierig, da er 3 verschiedene Plattformen nutze, um mit uns Absprachen zu treffen. Wir haben beispielsweise 3 mal gefragt, ob wir 2 babybetten und babystühle bekommen können. Eine Antwort kam bei uns nicht an. Bei Eintreffen in die Unterkunft trafen wir auf ein babybett und keinen babystuhl. Der Rasen war von den Wildschweinen völlig zerpflückt, eine Information bzgl der Schweine erreichte uns nie, was wir insbesondere bei einer Reise mit Babys als sehr schwierig empfunden. Es gab keinerlei sitzkissen für draußen. Die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht. Die Betten bei Ankunft nicht bezogen, Handtücher nicht vorhanden. Zudem kamen versteckte Kosten bei Ankunft auf uns zu, die so im Vorfeld nicht angesprochen wurden, zudem sollten sie dringend in bar bezahlt werden. Trotz bitte erhielten wir Leonel Beleg für diese Kosten. Der Pool war ganz schön. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und werden nicht wiederkommen.

TRES JOLIE VILLA TRES FONCTIONNELLE MAIS !!!!

Très jolie Villa et très bien agencée, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal a correspondre avec le gestionnaire de la villa, il était en voyage !!!, A notre arrivé la pelouse n'était pas tondu, les télés ne marchaient pas et la propreté était limite, nous avons du faire le nettoyage complet de la terrasses. De plus la propreté des oreillers et surmatelas n'étaient vraiment pas top, ainsi que la chaise bébé !!!

Séjour en octobre 2021

La maison est très jolie bien située, proche des commerces, de Porto Vecchio et de la plage. Elle est bien équipée, avec un beau jardin bien entretenu et une belle piscine (partiellement ensoleillée en octobre). Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine au mois d'octobre et avons pu profiter d'un climat doux et ensoleillé. Nous avons reçu plusieurs e-mails de la part du propriétaire avant notre arrivée, avec des informations utiles à notre séjour. Toutefois, à notre arrivée on nous a informé que la pompe à chaleur de la piscine ne marchait plus correctement et que la température de l'eau était à 20° environ. Le problème devait être résolu en semaine, l'entreprise concernée devait passer pour le remplacement/réparation. On nous informe un passage le mercredi mais finalement la réparation a été faite seulement le jeudi après-midi. La température était légèrement montée le vendredi après-midi, sachant qu'on partait le samedi.... Nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine (eau descendue à 18-19°) et regrettons de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelles de la part du propriétaire malgré un e-mail envoyé en cours de semaine. Le problème avec la pompe avait déjà été constaté par les locataires nous ayant précédé, dommage que le remplacement ait pris autant de temps. Ce désagrément n'a pas gâché nos vacances mais notre choix au moment de la réservation s'est fait en grande partie par rapport à la piscine chauffée que nous n'avons finalement pas pu utiliser car eau bien trop froide et finalement aucune compensation. Autre chose à signaler, les soirées sont fraiches à la mi-fin octobre et le fait de fournir uniquement un drap tout fin n'est pas suffisant. Nous avons trouvé des duvets dans les armoires mais n'avons donc pas pu les recouvrir avec un drap adapté. Nous conseillons néanmoins cette location pour les points mentionnés au début.

Villa très bien située, très agréable à vivre, très bien aménagée, piscine chaude et spacieuse, très très peu de vis à vis sur le côté (il n'y avait personne dans la villa latérale lors de notre séjour) et à quelques centaines de mètres de la très jolie plage de saint cyprien. L'endroit était très calme lors de notre séjour. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette propriété. Pour les courses, 1/4h en voiture. Quelques points négatifs toutefois: - La villa est impossible à trouver sans google map même avec un GPS car sans adresse. Nous avons galéré pour la trouver car notre smartphone était minuscule. Il suffit pourtant de rentrer dans le GPS de la voiture l'adresse de la maison la plus proche (à 50m) (ce que nous avons fait par la suite) mais pour cela il faut qu'elle vous soit transmise lors des prises de contact. - Pas d'accueil . Seule la dame d'entretien était sur site pour nous donner les clefs lors de notre arrivée. La personne qui devait nous accueillir est partie sans nous attendre (nous sommes arrivés avec 1/2h de retard sur l'horaire prévu) - Quelques petits problèmes techniques qui auraient été sans importance sans la mauvaise volonté et l'attitude méprisante dont a fait preuve la personne responsable in situ. Malgré tout, les petits incidents ont été solutionnés. Les points négatifs peuvent donc se résumer à des problèmes de communication. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.

De charme, vraiment !

Villa de charme, lumineuse, parfaitement équipée, où tout est agréable, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Calme, vue splendide, piscine et terrasse (vraiment) très sympas, propriétaires accessibles et très efficaces pour apporter des réponses à nos questions. Par ailleurs très bien située à 25' en voiture de Porto Vecchio, et à 10' à pied d'une plage très agréable. Parfait pour visiter la région. Nb: comme déjà signalé par d'autres, la très belle suite parentale à l'étage est vraiment baignée par la lumière tôt le matin (lumière en provenance d'une petite fenêtre non occultable). Prévoir comme nous un masque de nuit si vous y êtes sensible. Tres chaudement recommandé dans l'ensemble, excellente location !

Maison bien équipée, confortable, et idéalement située en Corse du Sud

Nous avons profité du charme du mois d'octobre en Corse, pendant les vacances de la Toussaint: températures agréables (18-23°C), soleil, bcp moins de touristes. Une période idéale pour un séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La maison est propre, confortable, et bien équipée. Les environs sont très calmes. Seulement une maison difficilement visible derrière. Il y a des jeux de plage et des vélos pour les enfants dans le garage. Ainsi qu'un lit parapluie et une chaise haute. Idéalement située: - La plage de Saint Cyprien - à 1km de la maison et accessible en voiture par un chemin de terre un peu cabossé - est très belle. A cette période il y a surtout des promeneurs. Alors qu'en temps normal elle accueille la célèbre et festive paillote "Le cabanon bleu" (démontée après l'été). - Le premier supermarché est à une grosse dizaine de minute en voiture. - Au nord, à environ 7min en voiture, vous avez aussi la plage et le petit village de Pinarellu, qui sont aussi très agréables - La fameuse plage de Palombaggia est à environ 30min au sud. - Porto-Vecchio à 15-20min, et Bonifacio (génial en cette saison. La ville est pour vous) à moins d'une heure. - Les randos/promenades en montagne (sur la route de Zonza) à moins d'une heure aussi A NOTER: - Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que la piscine n'avait pas été chauffée avant notre arrivée. Compliqué de se baigner dans une eau à 17°C ... Malgré l'intervention rapide du propriétaire, il aura fallu 4 jours pour que la piscine atteigne 25°C, le minimum pour une baignade agréable. Je ne partage pas cette expérience pour accabler le propriétaire - qui a fait preuve de bcp de réactivité - mais pour que les futurs locataires s'assurent que tout fonctionne avant leur arrivée. - L'annonce omet de préciser qu'il faut compter 20€ supp/draps (et serviettes), et qu'il y a aussi des frais de ménage à la sortie (à régler sur place) Bon séjour !

Cadre idyllique ! Maison top ! Région super ! Au calme ! Le seul bémol est sur la chambre parental, pas de volets ou de rideaux occultants pour les 4 fenêtres, c'est un grand manque pour le repos. Laurent

J ai séjourné dans la résidence de monsieur bar en juin 2018, nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec ma famille. Cette villa est idéalement située à la fois en bord de mer et à la fois nichée dans le maquis. Superbe séjour dans une magnifique villa !

Je me suis rendu pour une semaine de vacances mi septembre dans cette villa située à Porto Vecchio. Dès notre réservation, de nombreux détails nous ont été donné sur la maison mais également sur la ville et les activités pouvant y être réalisées. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été pris en charge par un responsable local qui nous a fait découvrir la maison, nous explique son fonctionnement et les nombreuses activités à réaliser dans le secteur. Nous sommes dès le départ tombé sous le charme de cette villa au coeur de la nature où le calme règne du matin au soir. La villa est spacieuse et merveilleusement bien entretenue. L'ensemble du mobilier est neuf et de très bonne qualité, tout comme la literie ! Un employé est même venu entretenir la piscine et le jardin une fois dans la semaine afin de garantir un état de propreté sans pareil. Cette piscine chauffée est par ailleurs très pratique à la fois pour des enfants en bas âge (car sécurisée) que pour des adultes (grande terrasse adjacente, 2 niveaux de profondeur dans la piscine). Situés à quelques minutes de marche de la baie de St Cyprien, nous avons pu par ailleurs découvrir ce secteur qui est resté très naturel, un vrai régal ! Enfin, la villa est située à une dizaine de minutes de Porto Vecchio, sa vieille ville et son port. La situation est donc inédite et parfaite car la villa est située dans une zone très calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités. Je recommande donc vivement de séjourner dans cette villa ! Avec ma femme et mes deux enfants nous reviendrons sans faute l'année prochaine. Encore merci !

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa mit allem Komfort an Top Lage!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser gepflegten und gut gelegenen Villa verbracht. Alles hat bestens geklappt, alles war ausserordentlich gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist in einem Luxuriösen Villenviertel, das Grundstück ist mit reichlich Bäumen und Natursteinmauern abgegrenzt und bietet volle Privatsphäre. Der gepflegte Rasen und Pool ergeben ein gehobenes Wohlgefühl. Das Haus liegt 2-3 Autominuten oder 10 Gehminuten von einem traumhaften Strand entfernt. Wir bedanken uns beim Vermieter und hoffen bald mal wieder dort hingehen zu können.
