Surrounded by greenery, on the edge of the maquis, the house has a private swimming pool of 3m x 8m, a covered terrace with a plancha and an outdoor lounge area.

The pool is heated off-season if necessary.

It includes a room of about 40 m², with a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with LED screen television.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds in 180x200. The bedding is modular into two 90x200 - please specify the type of bedding for each room when booking.

One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with WC; the other has a separate bathroom with WC.

There is an electrical outlet in the parking area for hybrid rechargeable vehicles only.

For fortnightly rentals, a cleaning service with linen change is included in the rate.

Gute Lage, schöner Pool

La Bergerie war ein geräumiges Ferienhaus für 4 Personen in ruhiger Lage. Der nahe Strand (15 Gehminuten) mit vielen Strandbars war absolut toll. Der Pool war super und schön groß. Die Fotos im Angebot sind jedoch nicht ganz aktuell. Der gemütliche Aussenplatz mit Lounge-Sitzgruppe war so nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zufahrt war eine Baustelle, so dass wir jeweils nur mit enormer Präzisionsarbeit zu unserem Haus ganz am Ende der steilen Einfahrt kamen. Wir haben uns die Woche wohlgefühlt, haben für das Geld aber definitiv schon komfortablere Ferienhäuser gebucht. Da wir das Ferienhaus eben wegen dem schönen Aussenplatz gebucht hatten, waren wir etwas enttäuscht.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit zwei fast gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern

Wir waren im September in der "Bergerie" von les Sittelles. Sowohl die Unterkunft selbst als auch den kleinen Ort haben wir sehr genossen. Wir wurden nett empfangen und die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Es war ein (1) Parkplatz angegeben, haben mit etwas rangieren auf der eher steilen Zufahrt aber auch zwei geparkt bekommen. Alles in Allem top Unterkunft.

Wir verbrachten von Ende September bis Anfang Oktober eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen in diesem Haus. Sehr gut hat uns die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten gefallen. Nicht zu vergessen, der wunderbare Pool mit den Liegemöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Wassertemperatur, bedingt durch die kürzeren Tage bereits abnahm. Wenn wir etwas wünschen dürften, dann, dass der Pool in der Vor- und Nachsaison beheizt würde. Ansonsten haben wir alles, wie beschrieben und bebildert angetroffen. Tolle Lage, etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt zum Haus, aber lohnenswert. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend und zuvorkommend. Hervorheben möchten wir noch den freundlichen und kompetenten Umgang mit dem Hausmeister Frederic. Danke ihnen allen.

Séjour dépaysant..

Nous avons loué la villa la 1ère semaine de septembre... Les photos sont conformes à celle ci.. Nous avons profité de la terrasse midi et soir car abritée du soleil, très agréable ! Quant à la piscine et ses transats c'est un coin de détente à elle toute seule.. La maison est entourée de verdure.. Calme et sérénité durant les vacances.. Concernant l'intérieur de la maison, tout y est ! La literie est excellente.. Un seul petit bémol, la route pour y accéder, légèrement "accidentée" mais ça vaut le coup !! Un petit coin de paradis vous attend au bout du chemin !

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt, sauber, liegt mitten in der Natur und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Und dazu dann noch ein sehr netter Hausverwalter. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, doch hier hat wirklich alles gepasst. Das Haus hat zwar kein Wifi, doch unsere Kinder waren so viel im Pool, dass sie es auch mal zwei Wochen ohne Internet ausgehalten haben. Und der nächste Strand ist nur 20 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Also wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Nous avons passé 15 jours à 4. (2 couples) Idéal pour deux couples d'amis, en effet il y a deux chambres séparées par la pièce de vie, elles sont à l'opposé l'une de l'autre, chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et toilette. Idéal pour l'intimit ou pour les lève tôt ou tard. La villa est équipée au complet, comme à la maison. On se sent vite chez soi. La piscine est superbe et on peut profiter du calme et du chant des sittelles 😊 Situé à 900 mètres à pied des plages de Pinarello et ses restaurants et petits commerces. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et ses informations concernants les environs. Je recommande fortement ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bon séjour au calme dans un environnement idyllique.

Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours en juin à quatre amis dans une villa très bien conçue pour deux couples. La piscine était la bienvenue. L'environnement calme pas trop loin de la plage, l'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires nous ont permis de passer un séjour idéal.

Rien à redire !! Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique, ils sont vraiment à l'écoute de leurs locataires.... La villa est fonctionnelle (idéale pour deux couples, avec deux suites parentales bien séparées par le coin "jour"), très propre, bien équipée, intérieur et extérieur arrangés avec goût. C'est un endroit calme, sans vis à vis, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Elle est très proche de la belle plage de Pinarello, et bien placée pour découvrir tout le sud de la Corse. Bref, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avins passé un très agréable séjour. Monsieur et Madame GRIMALDI sont très accueillants, donnent de trés bons conseils. Bien que louée pour quatre, la chambre est suffisamment grande pour qu'il soit placé un troisième lit. Les lieux sont très propres. La plage situé pas loin de la maison est trés jolie. Le seul bémol est que les photos sur le site annoncent un extérieur plus grand qu'il n'est. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour .

Il est bien difficile de quitter cette location (malgré 3 semaines sur place). La tranquillité de l'endroit, une maison parfaite (propreté,esthétique et équipement), la piscine et le cadre font que vous n'avez pas envie de repartir. Très jolie villa villa au calme, très bien agencée et équipée, joliment décorée et propre (ménage 2 fois/semaine). Les 2 chambres sont spacieuses avec de grands rangements. Les propriétaires sont sur place et sont charmants, pleins de bons conseils. Les photos sont tout à fait représentatives de la location ! Un véhicule est indispensable pour les ravitaillements. Nous avons passés 15 jours de pur bonheur !

Notre séjour a été merveilleux, la maison est un havre de paix à la fois totalement isolé et tout proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants. Tout est parfait dans ce coin de paradis corse. Maison individuelle de charme avec un confort parfait, dans une ambiance reposante au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante, un accueil on ne peut plus agréable par les propriétaire. Nous essaierons de renouveller cette belle étape et la conseillons vivement. Jane
