"The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and several bus stops. The room is very big, and it is extremely quiet! Although it is in the city center, we cannot hear anything from the streets. The staffs are all very nice and helpful. This is definitely a great hotel we want to stay again! And for us, this is also a magic hotel. At our checkout, the staff (Jensen Hong) magically took out a wallet and asked my daughter if this is hers. Our jaws dropped as we did not even realized it was lost. Then she remembered she placed it on one of the lobby tables when working on her hairs and forgot to pick it up. Jensen was able to recognize my daughter’s face and returned the wallet ! A big thank you to Jensen and other staffs!"
