"Great small boutique hotel. David and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and with state of the art technology. They picked us up from the train station and they also take you to the (east) entrance to the national forest which is only 3 minutes away. They will also arrange all of the tickets. "

"Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. "I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. "The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. "
