Rooms were renovated so that was excellent.
The common areas were outdated stale and old. Service was really slow. Waiting 1 day for toilet paper and clean towels.
Elevators were out of service and the remaining elevators were completely occupied until 3 am each night.
Several guests had to take the stairs with luggage coolers and personals down the emergency exit stairs
Food court restaurants were short staffed.

The worst Resort/Hotel I’ve stayed at in Vegas. The room wasn’t ready for checkin so we had to wait. Once the room was ready for us to check in it wasn’t clean
