"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The linen, bathroom and room were clean and the room very spacious. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The carpets in my room and hallway and the bathroom need an upgrade. It was also unfortunate that I had noisy neighbours to the side and above me, so I think there isn’t much soundproofing. "

At the bar and dining area. Nah, one of the servers/manager was very friendly, courteous and informative! "The hotel location is great, close to S-Bahn and train station. Easy ride from Airport to Hotel. Also it's located in central Berlin which is very close to most of the museums. Great staff and nice rooms. You need to check out the roof top bar and the restaurant. Amazing view of Berlin. "

The only drawback I found was the staff didn’t mention there are USB ports in the room. I purchased a travel adapter and this wouldn’t have been necessary had this information been shared.
Also ordered food on reception and they said there was a surcharge to have it delivered to my room or I can take it from reception.
