"Breakfast is very good and saves both dollars and time. It is a hot breakfast with sausages and waffles plus the usual fruit and pastries. The staff are very nice to chat with and appreciate their job. A suggestion is if you arrive late and come the back way by GPS there for the 1st time, walk around to find the actual entrance as there is no signage indicating where the actual entrance is. Asking other tenants doesn't help. There you buzz and will be attended to and make transactions behind a proected window with a money drawer. Calling the phone does not help. Otherwise very nice staff, quiet location and fair rates."

"The poolside room on the first floor was awesome - it was nice to walk out to the pool from my room. Price was affordable @ $100-130 per night weekend included. The breakfast was not good - they only had waffles, bagels, and yogurt. No cream cheese for the bagels either, lol. The staff was helpful for the most part, aside from housekeeping repeatedly knocking on my door and waking me up on a day I was not checking out. The Latin restaurant w the bar was good - but it was expensive at $20+ per meal."

"What they don’t tell you. The parking is SEVERLY limited. You will actually have to park half a mile away! Then you have to wait in the flaming hot sun for a shuttle to bring you to and from the hotel. We booked a room just a few hours before arrival. When we got there and realized that the parking situation would not accomodate us with having a sick child and possibly having to leave in our own vehicle quickly we asked to cancel so we could find another place where we could park within a reasonable distance to our room. We did not stay there, never even checked in yet we are still fighting for our money back. They will not even answer for Expedia when they try to contact them about it. I did call them directly and since we booked through Expedia they said we had to go through them. They have been trying to contact them for days now. This is not a good place if you have a special circumstance child or family member with you. Horrible curstomer service and parking."
